Has anyone worked out a way of bypassing the annoying warning about the Sync software accessing their email addresses in recent versions of Outlook? I know I could revert back to pre SP2 Outlook, but I don't want to lose all the other improvements.

Thanks Andy. Managed to not find that despite even visiting one of the pages that links to it... Oops. And even M$ themselves link to it:

What's the point in even having it there if VBScript can override it?

That is a permanent feature that M$ had implemented in their code due to customer feedback. It's the added security that curbs the security issue that several corporations experienced about 3-4 years ago with email hacks. No harm in over protection. More hassle for us that don't care about it, but a big security blanket for those that actually handle multi-million dollar transactions on this interface.

But it can be overridden by a script, so it's very much a stop-gap solution. It would only protect you against pre-security patch worms.
