yes i have 11 months waranty, i have sent it to a se sevice centre for a s/w upgrade will this fix it? |

Check first if you got your settings right. Then call ur service provider for assistance regarding comm settings. If it still doesnt work, then ur phone is in trouble.

i can't though because i can't actually access that menu to change the settings, i have contacted a se center for help and they said to send it over, so i did
