I've to work something out about terrorism for my politics-class. What is your opinion on international terrorism and the war against terrorism. |

I think it's wrong to call something for war against terrorism if you just want to bomb some contry so you can steal their oil. What I'm saing is not that terrorism is right but that a so called war against it might be as wrong.

i think this is a good thread. i'm intrested 2. i want to hear the opinions of the people here on esato.
i'm against terrorism and think that the people who do that should be punished.
war against sadam. i support bush but not his way of doing, okay lets get sadam, his time is up but you can only get sadam by force, and that way many people will die for no reason. in a war there are no winners, but just look at history: after everywar things become better.
look at WO2 afther the war NATO was made to prevend such WO's in europe. look at all the technologie that was made in the wars. we benifit them each day, but its a sad way many had to die. well you don't get something for nothing.
if there will be a big war soon it will be for terrorism or for religion.

In addition, a new and better economy has been established after every single war. But economy should never be a reason for a war. To fight terrorism you have to find the roots, not just fight the symptoms. You can just prevent the symptoms, but to fight terrorism you have to find out why they hate the western civilisation. |

i'm against terrorism....and i'm against war too.....it's the little people that suffer on both counts!!!
war and terrorism's plainly a tool for political advancement/purposes.....the big guns are usually the folks that calls the shots....and the little folks end up the losers.......
