How do I set it up so I get a message when the SMS I have sent has been delivered??

it's free and it's quite handy. Sometimes the report is not accurate (in terms of the time when the SMS is receved by the receiver), but that depends on the operator.
A quite handy feature I use always(started with my Sony Z5).
