sorry for the long post and i know i've been posting about my stupid problem on numerous occations. sorry for that too.

I have a t39mc, and it has this infamous "no network" problem. I had the phone in 2 previous times and on its third occurence i called SE support and they told me to again to send it through my service provider. I even went to the exact store they told me to go to. The phone was out of its 1 year warranty, but it was still within the 90 day repair warranty. So i thought everything was fine, a month and a half later I get a call from the repair center saying that it will cost $120CDN to fix my phone. Apparently, the store SE told me to go to didn't send the phone till a month later, when they assured me that they would send it out that day. The store had full knowledge of urgency of the situation as the employee who took my phone also photocopied all the paperwork of the previous repairs.

The store offered me compensation which was unreasonable and i don't even want to mention. I call SE and they're not taking any responsibily.

All I was hoping for was someone at SE to say ok, since you have all your repair documents, we'll just repair it under the repair warranty.

I did everything I could as a consumer and did what SE told me to do to get my phone fix. Now i'm stuck with a 120 bill. I would think Ericsson could make a phone that would work consistantly for atlesat 3 months within the first year.

So any advice guys? I'm left to my last option of taking legal action against the store that didn't send my phone on time. I wanted to avoid this as much as possible as this is such a big hassle, but i don't want to pay the repair bill, because I SHOUDLN'T have to!

For those who will say, why didn't you buy a phone that SE supports in your country...i thought i did, as t39 is carried by two serivce providers and is still currently on the market.
