T300--master reset---games gone!!! |

Hi,
My son has a T300 and he was having problems copying his contacts from his sim card.I done a master reset and now there is only 1 game (Erix).
Anyone know what has happened and why?
And if there is anyway of getting the games back.

in firmware versions older than R1D011 the preinstalled games are deleted when doing a master reset. Have the phone upgraded (visit a  servicepoint) with the latest firmware and the games will be back.

My t3oo had 3 games preinstalled! I did a master reset and the games are still there,if i delete them no memory is release...Strange...
