I think there's no official release date announced by SE. Many people say "it should be out by the end of..." but remember the release date of the P800 which was delayed two or three times before it really came out 
By the way, I'll run and buy one when it's available in the shops  |

T610 will be out in 2nd quarter, around May I believe and it won't be any delay since from the reviews and press conference, the phone is pretty much ready for launch, software is running fine......so we can now just start saving and wait for T610 launch in May !!!!!
