SMS/Email not linked to phone book...? |

Hi there,
Just got my P800! If I send an MMS, I click on the underlined "To:" or the book to take a look at my contacts' addresses or phone numbers but nothing shows up! I have entries in both SIM and phone and the normal phone application shows them just fine! What gives!

Did you make sure that the phone numbers are listed as "mobile" numbers in the contacts? Symbian's not going to let you send SMS to a landline.  |

Argh! Thanks so much, that was the problem. I exported my contacts as a vCard from Address Book (Macintosh). Somehow I guess it didn't keep the "mobile" category. I'll have to change all my contacts by hand in the phone to "mobile"
