Arg, should I take my phone back to the Orange shop and ask for a refund under the 14 day thing? That is miles cheaper than the £200 I had to pay, as well as being on a £55 tarrif for a month

I've had my P800 2 weeks and 3 days so I dont qualify now.

If I did qualify I would have thought you would have to really make sure it was in perfect (not a finger mark) condition.

Difficult for something you have been using maybe a lot.

If it was a fews days to a week with not a mark I would take it back, if you are saving £180 or so.

After that I would keep it.

How strict are Orange?

Yeah, this price is really good, I don't lke that little orange logo at the bootom of the phone though. is there any way you can get rid of this logo? if it's on the flip you could just buy a spare one, can't you?, does anyone know where I can get a spare flip from?? also, how much is it to unlock a phone from orange?

Thanks

What about £154.99 on a £27.99 tariff on VodaphoneUK, with £100 cash back (after 3 months making the phone only £54.99) and you can drop to a cheap tariff after 4 months. This is what I am doing because i hate the orange branding on the phone. (www.e2save.com)

@ jaka

just borrow some nail varnish remover and rub with cotton wool for about 15 mins (to remove without trace)

Use your nail to help it along after a minute or two

Make sure you remove the flip http://noirgroup.hypermart.net/p800a.htm when you do this so as not to risk getting solvent on the precious P800 touch screen

P800 looks MUCH better without logo IMHO

ps. dont remove logo on one of the covers, in case you need to send phone back under warrantee

So if I go for this is it ok to downgrade to a cheaper tariff after 3 months? Or will the company come after me if I do this

Cheers

Cheers, is that 45 p/month OVP tariff much different to the Your Plan tariffs?

All I can see is that the OVP offers 50 free text messages for 12 months - so the OVP tariff seems better.

with Your Plan as far as i can c, u get 60 txts for 6 months only so that is sort of a promotion. orange tariffs confuse me quite a lot coz they've got lots of copies of other networks. u mite want 2 check the call charges as they may differ between ovp and ur plan

remember that you cant get the Orange gprs addon on any tarrif other than 'Your Plan'.... thats what i was told anyways...

and always read the small print when you buy from websites... especially if you are thinking of changing to a cheaper plan after 3/4 months.

hmm..... guess you guys already know this hey?
