Ok guys i have some really interesting info, I just got off the phone with a fcc representative, who is the fcc, well it's a us gov agency which all manufactures must go to and present their product and see if it passes inspections, for cellphone it maily radiation which recently has come into affect the db 1.0< standard that the fcc has so strict been after.
Ok after all this let me get down to the point. I asked the rep there about the fcc id on the back of the t68i and he searched in his id product list and no such item exists, I asked him is it possible because you guys haven't recorded it yet, he told me fcc issues ids only when the product has been inspected, so I kindly accept the fact and hung up.
Well guys what is all this I am so freaking confussed. It seems like the t68i is a prototype that has made it's way out of the factory.
What are your thoughts on this?

Maybe a different fcc number did not need to be issued because the t68i uses the same radio transceiver as the already approved t68? did you think about that one?

I simply think that T68i is T68m+SW R1A. It's like u bought a new pc with winxp already installed or u've installed the xp on the old one. SAME THING. No hardware changes are made that's why it didn't have to pass through the fcc thing again.
