hi!
sorry if this has been asked before, but before posting this i tried to do a search and found nothing.

how can i send an audio file to a, say, nokia 7650 via bluetooth or ir? i can't seem to find a menu option anywhere in the Audio application to send an audio file.

floke thanks!

i'm interested in sending audio files like ringtones(wav, mp3, midi) to other bluetooth or ir enabled devices such as a nokia 7650, not voice memos.

anyone?

Well, I just used filemanager for the P800 to send my ringtones to my brother who got a T300. Worked perfect!

In the Filemanager, just select the file you want to send, go to the edit-menu and then send (is says "överför" in swedish). It is the second from the bottom of the menu! =)

It only sends with IR!

I hope this solves your problem!

Best regards, Patrik

When you use the audio player you have 2 ways of viewing files.
The first is the one you normally use. With the box on the upper part of the screen showing id3 tag info and how long the song has played.
The other shows just a list of files.

To send files you have to be in the second mode. You choose modes in the lower left part of the screen.(two buttons right above the signal strength/gprs indicator and the keyboard button)
Select the file you want to send...
Now you're in a screen with a big black area in the middle with a blue speaker icon.
Press the audio menu(in the top left corner) and select send as.
You can now send it as any other file(BT,Ir,e-mail etc...)

Hope this helps.
