I have a feeling that is related to somehting that I read somewhere. I recall that said that there was going to be one more phone released on the old Ericsson platform before converting to entirely new designs. The p800, T68, and T3xx series are all, originally, Ericsson standalone designs. Is the T610 the first venture or is it still based on Ericsson designs?

i think T610 might be diff... menus like a little different... not sure if that 'little' difference is SE design or not...
Mobile handset(s):
1. PROTOTYPE TU2 Ericsson R520m CE. (Made: 00W43).
2. Rose White T39mc. (Flashed to T39m).
3. Icy Blue Sony Ericsson T200. (Water-damage revival!).

as far as i can tell (from pictures) the menus, interface etc are pretty similar to the t68's.. a little evolved, like others before it, but still based on the same platform i would have thought. i don't think this is the one. but why reinvent the wheel anyway?
