P800 fails to sync/backup etc |

My nice new P800 fails to sync, fails to backup, fails to even connect some times. It installed & worked perfectly on my work pc but has even blue-screened my home pc. The only difference between the two is that i have a Microsoft Bluetooth Keyboard & Mouse at home. Surely that can't be the problem.. has anyone else experienced total connectivity failure with their Sync station?

The bluetooth keyboard/mouse will be your problem....it's all to do with COM port allocations. Check what ports are allocated to the keyboard/mouse and make sure these are not used buy the sync station

Hi ... Just a suggestion...
If you are using a USB hub, try using the USB from the machine instead
of HUB.
