HI, i have a t68i but the zoom function does not work with my MCA-25 but when i put the camer on my friends t300 the zoom works, how can i fix this, do i need to send it in for a upgrade in the software of the phone.

im located in San francisco, cali, US, do they have any service locaitons out here, or do i need to ship to somewhere?

The zoom and effects function is available with the t68's r6a012 sw :-D

ok, thanx in your opinion is it worth upgrading to the new sw if i have the r3e002, also can i do upgrades at home or do i need to make them at a serive location?

hoe much does the box cost to fix the upgrades?

Your welcome :-) it's worth upgrading as you'll gain extras such as mms templates :-) may i suggest that you have your phone upgraded at a servicepoint to risk corruption of software and the loss of warranty issues. If your phone is under warranty the upgrade is usually free, if not it costs around US10.

Just remember to save your contacts to the sim card as the servicepoint will be doing a master reset to your phone. By the way-check the thread regarding r6a012 to get some answers to possible queries you might have :-) cheers!
