these people will help you out just as much as the 50p a minute line (obviously they are still untrained single-braincelled-drones that o2 employ). Try to speak to Ziggy. After three months of nightmares trying to upgrade he finally sorted me out.

Hey nice tip, there was a way of calling them for free using the pay and go top up line

just phone the top up line and wait just let it run thru about 3 times and you will eventually be put thru to customer care. It tells you that you will be charged but your not :-)

Darm.. gave that Prepay sim away ages ago.. you can actually email o2 online to they reply when then feel like it :o)~
