Hello? Of course return it. Don't forget you've got to put up with that all the time if you don't take it back. I'm sure they'll either swap it straight away if they have on in or let you swap it when they get more stock. Either way, it's up to you.
At least you have a choice though. Mine was stolen (at knifepoint!) 5 days after I got it. I'm now back to the trusty t68 until my insurance cough up. |

Duh? Yes return it. Why is that a question. Do you want to wait till the screen falls out?

How old is it? If you are within 14days, take it straight back to O shop and get a replacement immediately, they shouldn't have any problems (assuming, that is, they have any left!) |

Just spoke to orange
shop has no stock - and woman said she wouldnt replace it anyway
so spoke to technical and they are figureing out what to do and are getting back to me.
anyone else had ms duo problems?
it takes 8 attempts to get it to stay in place
and as for the earpiece the mesh is coming out of the hole (looks like a eyelash stuck in the earpiece)

I don't know if this will make you feel better, but I have heard that some Duo slots behave like this. I rarely remove mine, but there were a couple of times where I'd have to try 2x to get it to stay in. No big deal for me really, as long as it stays in. |
