Singlepoint have to be the worst provider ever. I bought a Nokia 6510 nearly a year ago swaped the 6510 for a T68m as the 6510 was complete pants and droped my tarrif to a lowest possible one they had. I wanted to pay of the rest of my contract but they seem to make things so hard it is unreal. I now have to wright to them to end my contract or they will just keep it going even though I have told them I want it to end as of the 1st of next month. They are impossible to deal with and I for one would never use them ever again.

Singlepoint?? Noooo!!!!

I got a t39 in August 2001, specifically for gprs wap. The phone shop (KJC mobile) said sure, fine, just give singlepoint a ring to set it up. So i rang them...

to cut a very long and frustrating story short, i was shunted from one operator to the next for most of the afternoon, talking to umpteen people that clearly had no idea what gprs was or why i would want it, told repeatedly that it was just another name for wap and did i want the settings..? i was also cut off several times (meaning i had to explain the whole thing all over again) and to cap it all off, some b*stard marked my brand new phone up as stolen on their system, and i was cut off the network entirely! Eventually i fought my way through the idiots to find the one person who had the slightest idea what i was talking about, who told me they didn't do a gprs tariff but might do after christmas, maybe, if they felt like it. And did i want the wap settings..?

I took the phone straight back the next week, got my sim swapped for vodafone connect, and had a gprs connection before i left the shop. Since then, i'd pay anything not to be on singlepoint...
