Design, Schmesign. If the reception is as bad as the piece of crap T68i, it is just as useless.
Since it doesn't have an external antenna, I'm not hopeful.

Well the T300 is better than the T68i, though most Nokias still beat either one by a mile.
I'll wait till US people review RF, I got burned on the T68i. Still, thinking about a phone with all those features in that small a package is very tempting! |

i will not defintely buy it. i know it's full of bugs common in SE phones like the t68i. i will just waste my cash on a piece of junk. it really looks like a t300/t100 in design. out of design ideas and SE is doing what nokia does. pathetic!

Bugs? Really now, like what? Please DO list them down.
"Full of bugs" so what do you buy? Nokia? That's an ant's nest!!! |

I'm not in denial. I've had a T68i since the launch date, and it hasn't hung on me ONCE.
I recommend listing your "bugs". |

SE change it marketing strategy now as they only announce phones that are ready and fully functional. So we can expect T610 to be very well functional !!!

i do not need to explain anything to any body and i do not care. the t68i's bugs are all listed all over this site by owners so i know that you know what they all are.

case30, I wasn't aware that the T300 was better. Gives me a little bit of hope
My old phone T39 died, so in order to use my bluetooth devices I'm forced to find an old T39 on Ebay...

[As stated in howard chui's website]
"As already mentioned the T610 has a TFT screen as opposed to a DSTN one which the T68i has. The difference is that a TFT screen has a much higher refresh rate than a DSTN one plus a TFT is usually brighter and more vivid..."
[From SE's T610 website]
Looking as sharp as it is
"Aluminium panels, anodized with color themes that resemble the elements of nature, caught between darkness and light". It is not hard to see why Industrial Designer Erik Ahlgren almost gets poetic when it comes to the T610. Indeed, that is one way to look upon the T610: As poetry, speaking to you in its own words.
-----------------
Looks promising. I just wish SE would stop using straight rulers to design their phones & buttons! Poetic?? Looks like an OLD Sony remote (I'm looking at one right now..hehehe...looks the same, it's even 2-toned as well)
