on sat i was having big probs with my p800, couldnt send msgs, msg app kept shutting down, and i kept gettin a black square in the middle of the screen.
so i rang sony ericsson c/s.
i bet the poor girl who took my call wishes she aint answered it in the end. she couldnt tell me what the problem with it was and the reasoning. i kept gettin msg saying prog closing. reason code = KERN-EXEC, reason code 3. now all i wanted to know was what it meant!! she told me that no1 knew about this error, and it couldnt be fixed, as there is nowhere in the uk taht can repair the p800 yet. she also said that sony ericsson hadnt even approved the fone for sale in the uk, and she dint knoe that orange where selling them, n said that she dint know if they bought em form sony!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

she also couldnt, or wouldnt (not sure which) answer questions bout the update for the camera to include zoom and better night shots!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Try posting a question about this in the Asia-pacific threads, specifically Smartnet and SESS. They're a LOT more updated than the UK reps. |
