When I today was fetching my new T68i I talked with
the web shop owner and I was a little confused when
he said he had sold hundreds of phones to
France. Belgium, UK and even US.
Could somebody check the prices on this url:
www.lohenette.fi.
Usually we pay more for everything in Finland so
it's a little bit confusing if we really have something
cheeper than other countries.

Might be like motorcycles in Denmark.. Residents pay high taxes but the product itself is cheaper than in other countries, so when you buy tax-free you get it at a totally different price than a citizen of Finland would, buying from a store.
Just my guess..

It's only non Europeans that can buy tax free,
europeans pay list prices so your guess isn't valid.
