i have been having some problems lately with my t68i on fido - it indicates i've got full signal strength, but whenever i try and make a call, it doesn't allow it go through, as if the call was dropped.
i think there may be a problem with the antenna - has anyone experienced this phenomenon of a gradual degredation of network reception?
since i didn't get the phone from fido, their techs won't touch it - i have heard about a company called selectron (sp?) located in mississauga or scarberia that sony-ericsson has outsourced their warranty repair to - has anyone used them?
thanks in advance. |

No idea, but try sending ton's of emails and phone calls to Sony Ericsson, they would figure something out for you.

There is a company in Mississauga called Teleplan who will help you. Call 1-800-ERICSSON and ask for the information on the Canadian consumer return center.
PM me if this doesn't work.

thanks very much for the assist -
sent the phone off to Teleplan - via Sony Ericsson in the states - they were quite helpful.
here's to hoping that the phone returns happy and healthy.

Or you could bring it to me at Chinatown.
I was born with three legs. In the middle of my third leg, there's a dial pad, 65k color screen, , and on the tip there's a icon. |
