iPaqs connect through a phone line. They use Windows CE and the browser they have is Internet Explorer. They are not a mobile phone, therefore no WAP

Ipaq comes with Windows Media Player, as all the Pocket PCs run Microsoft. The built in IE Explorer supports web and wap, but there are many good wap browsers from other party you can choose.
