master reset question |

i have been playing around and installing things on my new p800 and decided to start again with a master reset. all went fine except that certain "orange" rubbish re-appeared. so no i'm thinking that the orange welcome screen is built in somewhere into the p800. i would really like to get rid of this! is this solvable at all? perhaps with a firmware upgrade?

no i've read that. u misunderstand. i'm wondering why, if i do another master reset, that these orange screens actually come back. meaning theyr hard programming in somewhere!? i truly want rid of this. is it that orange has altered the software? would a firmware upgrade get rid of this?
