I got my R520 today and it has been charging for over 5 hours, and the life meter shows like 36 standby hours only... and it was higher earlier, should I just let it sit overnight and see what it does?

It was bought off of Ebay, and it was in the original box still sealed from a guy who "has 1000s of these things."

When I bought T39m and charged it 3 times, it always showed standby only ca 70 hours. I turned it back - and the service point gave me a new one because my previous T39m had a defect they could not fix.

Well when I got up this morning it was at a full charge... and like 200 hours of standby or so... So I left with it and looked at it later (when i said later I mean like 10 minutes) and it said 7 minutes of talk time and 9 hours of standby time... Does this sound like a defective phone, or battery? any way to tell?

OK... I just let the battery die all the way, then plugged the charger in when the phone was off. after like 10 seconds it said. "Charging error, stop charging!" or something along those lines, this really pisses me off, it I have to send it back to the guy I got it from I'm gonna @!#@!$#!@%

Get this...

I put the battery in the freezer for about an hour (I vaguely remember hearing something about that helping batteries.) Well as of now it has held a full charge for like an hour...

I dont know for sure if this will be permanent, but we'll see...

Hopefully it's not too late to cancel the orders I placed for new batteries.
