A list of users online is a nice feature indeed.
But custom avatar...I kinda like the SE phones!

I think custom avatars is a cool idea, but leave the option to have the phones as avatars as well.
Then I can have a little dancing phone .gif as an avatar. Yay!!!!

keep the avatars - it's cool - gives the site a warm homely feel - you know what to expect when you return - uno what I mean 
A live chat thread would be nice-so ordinarily boring, but cool aswell. I'd like to see this - not for esato to turn into a chat site - cos they suck - full of teenagers talking about sex n crap - ny way u get the jist, 'the live chat forum' - dunno whether it would take over esato though??????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Esato is much more tidy with standard avatars like the SE phones.
If you`re addicted to your own avatar just add it in your signature!

ranks would be quite good, but then people would be posting rubbish to up their rank. hehe, i can speak for that...
avatars would suck because, yes, it would clutter up these smart forums. it's useful to know which phones you guys have when replying to a query or something.

IMHO, the forum is mainly here for users to talk about phones and ask questions etc.
The avatars are find the way they are because they are useful in helping one answer a question by another user. Standard avatars would simply puny things down.
A list of online member imho is a lot more useful than the list of members in esato hehe
However, the quote system could be improved. One quoting the quote could be placed in a any in a diff colour to allow users to distinguish between the post and quote. :-D

My opinion is that all shoud stay as it is the only thing maibe that coud be considered is the members online list and maybe the auto loggin feature . Regards Laz
