Only thing listed there is basic info on the game, no actual download links are provided.
"The application, along with the two other winning entries from Germany and Russia will be featured on Handango, the world's leading publisher of mobile software. Following final quality tests, "Aramith's Quest" will also be in the P800 Application CD included with all commercial P800 phones"
Nothing on Handango, or the P800 CD...

It probably means that it isn't available yet because  plans to include it on all p800 and therefore has to do thourough testing of it...
It probably also means that it will be available for download later from
