Hi all
I've been synchronizing MS Outlook XP to my phone for a month now, and about once a week I have a problem with it. This now is the third time XTND came up and told me it found a new device (the same old phone) and either wanted to replace all Outlook data or all phone data. Both are important!!! What on earth is going on here? As it's slowly taking all the stuff from my phone into Outlook now, I'm sitting here getting more and more angry at the failure of what synchronization is meant to do: I had stuff on both sides!
What would cause the system to thing it's a new phone? I didn't disconnect the cable (USB), did everything as usual, too.
Any ideas anybody?
Phone: T60d
Cable: USB
PC: Outlook XP, WinXP

thanks, I'll check into that but the file support on the site doesn't list XP. I'll see if there's something similar for XP.
Thanks,
