Newbie: Displaying the date on a T68i? |

Hi all -
This might be a very newbie question, but I haven't found an answer in my phone's user manual.
I'd like to have the date displayed in the phone's "main window" (the one that in my case shows "AT&T Wireless") with the battery and signal strength icons.
It currently does show the time, but I'd like it to also show the date. Is this possible?

You probably know this but just in case, use the slider and you can see the date. Even in key lock.
