3970 or wait... |

hi guys, just want to get your opinions... should i get an ipaq3970 or should i wait for a newer version? any news if there is one coming out or is the 5000 series the new version... i also heard about the new xscale processor w/ 200mhz bus... should i wait for the new models with this processor?
with regard to the performance of the xscale processor, is this a hardware or software problem? if its software, i'd like to get a 3970 now and just upgrade the software when it comes out... but if its hardware, id rather wait for the new models w/ the new updated processors... what do you guys think?!
if there are new models coming, what's the timeframe?... days, weeks... months?

There are alreaday iPAQ 54xx new models. One model is built in with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Actually, iPAQ 3970 is pretty good. A combo of T68 and iPAQ is perfect.

i was all set to get the 3970 when i read the news about the new xscale coming out. it would really be a bummer if i got the 3970 and a new model came out after a few days/weeks! i heard they were coming out march or 1st quarter something... any news on this?

u should get the iPaq 5450 and the  t68i...now that would be perfect, wouldn't it? ....its ur choice man...i wanna get that combo..but i suggest that u wait...like im gonna do..so gd luck in choosing the right model..ciaO
