the way to remove the front is a bit tricky the first time. First remove the battery in back of your phone. you will notice two small screws on either corner of the bottom. if you bring your phone to any hardware/tools supply store they can help you find the right size to remove the screws...anyways after you remove the battery you can see on the top of your phone a line separating the back from the front. you have to get your fingernail under this piece and lift until it separates. dont worry it wont break. just dont rip it off. now once it is separated push down on the shell to remove completely and youll notice the other two small screws on either side of the top. just unscrew these and lift the front face part off of either side by pulling out on both sides and lifting. be very carefull not to pull too hard. its possible just use common sense and dont go touching everything |

A great site that shows this mission with illustrations:

Note: You have to register first. The guide is found in the 'section' section....hmmm.

best way take it to a service centre and let them do it for u! won't invalidate ur warranty and u waont break ur phone.
BTW the dust will soon be back after cleaning i'm afraid.

I had this problem as well, and my phone is still under warranty. I took my phone to the service point, hoping they would clean it, but they refused to do it, simply telling me, they don't do this kind of work. All they did for me is a free software upgrade.
I was so annoyed by he dust under it, cos there was one dust at a size of one whole pixel or more. Then I went to a electronic store and bought myself a T-6 screw driver, and clean it up myself.
It's all good now again. The dust got in from the joystick pit, and other holes around it, even the keypad pits.

I suggest you go to semicon, sess or smartnet, never play around with your phone if it's still under warranty! Sayang naman.
