Do you have SE Mobile Phone Monitor driver installed? When installed, there should be a menu in SE MyPicturesr under Help. Check COM port setup there.

Mobile Phone Monitor package is available on SE site.

Hope this helps.

does that mean i've got to get a com cable from mobile to pc, only i've been trying to use the usb data cable. after i downloaded the mobile phone moniter it would only go to a com port not a usb port. so it couldn't find my phone. i know it all sounds dumb but i'm a beginer at this. thanks again

I can't even INSTALL the image editor.

Installation proceeds until I get a message that some installation stuff is PENDING and I should continue with installation after a reboot.

This happens over and over.

Anyone any idea?

Solved the installation problem.

It turned our that there was a RUNDLL32 entry with some parameters instead of a program shortcut in the program group, obviously left there by the installation program.

Deleted the program group manually and ran installation routine again and installation worked without starting over now.

Can't say anything about the software itself since I ha no time to check it out.
