Symbian series 60 is way better than UIQ, it is friendlier have more applications and a camera access.
Besides siemens and sendo have already chosen Series 60 as their os.

Series 60 rulezzzzz
UIQ and SE sucks

It is obvious that you haven't tried UIQ. Which is sooo much better than Series 60.

Seies 60 is NOT the OS, the OS is Symbian 6.1.
Series 60 and UIQ 2.0 is the interface on top of the Symbian 6.1 and Symbian 7.0 OS.

I agree that Seies 60 has some advantages, especially the amount of software available, but UIQ and Symbian 7 is band new and already software are being developed at dwarf speed.

What it comes down to for me is that Series 60 interface has teeny tiny screen compared to UIQ, not to mention that UIQ uses touch-screen technology!

Are you a jealous 7650 owner?

Yup, I'm sorry for you too.

The fact that nokia 7650 and 3650 has open camera acces has nothing to do with series 60 or uiq.
It's a (dumb)decision made by sony to lock acces to the camera. I have no idea why but....

The central issue is one: series 60 and uiq have to get unified in order to get more software. And I think they got it and are working in that direction.
