I think we're gonna need a little more info here like what phone and provider you are using? When did this problem first occur?

actually ive been having the same trouble with my T39 downloading the logos, im from philippines, there's this rumor that some network provider have been like turning "save picture" on the network since they want us to download/buy logos/pictures from them. a month ago, i was successful in downloading the logos, a few days ago, it has been very bad all i get is a box from where the picture is supposed to be and the name of the picture/logo inside.

One idea is that instead of 'clicking' on an image and expecting the file to get downloaded... just stay on the page with the image, press the 'option' key on your phone and select 'Save Picture'

This should work for t68 and t300.

@crowing

Do you see that placeholder on the WAP page? If so then most of the time that means that WAP page wasn't able to load... that could be a wap gateway problem. This is similar to how IE on a PC behaves where it only shows the image placeholder or alternate text when it can't load the actual pic.

My bad... I'm having trouble... but this is only on Esato's website. Other sites I can regularly see and download pics so this is not the provider that is screwing us...

Something is wrong with the WAP pages for background picture download!!
