I hit a serious snag :( |

I had this happen 3 times today!
A specific person calls (same person each time) and as he calls, the phone application hangs. Meaning, I can't make it do anything. The connection also never gets through.
The two buttons (hold and mute) are white (no text in them, only "place holders") and I can't do anything. I can switch applications, but if I close the button pad again, the entire phone hangs altogether and needs a reboot.
I assigned a magic word to that person + he has his own WAV dial ring + photo ID. Could one of those be the culprit?
When the rings were made, I was always doing something with the phone (the last 2 days, I'm basically ALWAYS fiddling with it) - like GPRS, modifying some of the contacts, or uninstalling some application, or the phone was in the USB cradle).

Hi,
Have you tired removing the picture and audio from the contact and askin g them to try ringing again? It could be either so I would eliminate them first.
