Yuk, these phones are horrible! The only one that looks good is the Pana 0010 sonic clamshell 0ff8 with swivel screen, oh and the SE prototype . P800 still rocks in my opinion.

THe prototype is at the bottom of page 9.
It is used to demonstrate the memorystick with additional hardware implemented on them. For instance it's a TV-tuner card on the bottom picture.

Cool

And the picture above seem to demonstrate a camera built on top of the memorystick, indicating that future MCA-XX cameras can actually be sold on memorysticks. This opens up for all SE phones to include a memorystick reader in them, and use this slot instead of the connector at the bottom to connect accessories. In that way the limit of the internal memory isn't that big of a deal.

Really clever if that's the case...

GPS, maybe?

very cool booth it looks like... would have been nice to peruse my self. Interesting protoype phone... Liked the swivel clamshell, although the dual Z1010 I think beats it with it's innovative approach.

You people really need to get ya facts right. Its a prototype, it hasn't been named. People just think it going to be called that because of other people in here. You have no idea. For all you know they could scrap the idea.

Well, we do say that it's a prototype in all posts above. The interesting part is the memorysticks, not the name of the phone prototype...
...btw the memorysticks are prototypes also, but I will not name them
