T68 loosing network-dropping calls |

A weird problem with my T68 (using R5D). When i am receiving/making a call, usually after some minutes the line drops and my T68 loses signal (signal bars dissappear).
It usually takes about 20 seconds until the phone can find signal again. Could this stranger network loss problem be a phone problem? Anyone had similar problems with their phone? |

I have the same problem. I have a t68i with t-mobile in nyc which is almost totally useless. I get no reception in astoria and pretty poor reception in brooklyn, in the city it drops calls like crazy. I called CS but they are useless as always with bs excuses. |

Similar problems here. I’m a new user of a t68i phone with AT&T in Orlando, FL. I’ve got a problem with reception; even if att’s gsm network sucks here. It seems every nokia and Motorola has a great connection. I can be standing still and my signal does from full to 1 bar. Most of the time I get about 1 to 2 bars of signal. I exchanged the t68i for another t68i hoping it was just an antenna problem. But, no… it is still shitty. The firmware version of the phone is R5D007. I want to keep the se but I only have till the 6th to make up my mind. Can anyone tell me if this is common or tell me a fix… thanks. |
