In case anyone here wants to import , the sim-free 16/512 from Japan is 1399 dollars.
Do not know if Sony Japan ships to foreign buyers.

It seems to be perfect: 512gb, eSIM and a some extra RAM. I think I'll get it, but I'm worried that it might have volume limitations for the Japanese market. |

Although the measured speed is slower than other UFS 4.0 (hope they open it up during new firmware update) , all the benchmark scores can fight with other companies! Also compared with previous xperia 1IV battery draining, temperature and efficiency.
Now the only comparison left is real time speed test videos with other mobile phones .

Looks like people only want green and silver. This has caught sony guard down.
Now ppl have to wait longer to get green in Japan.
Silver seems by far the best seller in China. |
