Sony has to fix the 1080p videos.
Despite being 24mm against 26 of X1, both have same FOV during videos.
It means the EIS has stronger crop on 1 ii, this leads to lower quality.
Video is very soft. |

Video is very soft.
They've been doing this since XZ1 as far as I know, 1080p gets huge crop compared to 4K whenever you are shooting with either stabilization, HDR or 60fps. When you film with Steady Shot off, no HDR in 30fp you get crispy details in 1080p. I other words it's not worth filming in such format unless you really need Intelligent active stabilization which apparently is now gone in X1II. On XZ2 Intelligent Active is pretty good, no shake whatsoever even if you are going over cascades or stairs. |

This morning it was out of stock from italy, france, spain, germany and UK. Now it's available again....but i understand the reason now....the headphones bundle was out. Now they offer (for the same price) a Sony style cover view LOLLLLLL

If you're going for the WF-1000XM3's their incredible with sound isolation (ANC), and Ambient Sound. Voice Control is very good as well. Sound of your voice during phone calls when walking on the sidewalk of a busy major street or intersection unfortunately will still sound (low in volume) and muffled. I've had them, twice in 6mths before selling each pair. I'm hoping for a slightly smaller version with same features and much clearer voice quality on calls (the wearer's voice).
Hope this helps and don't wait too long for pricing to drop, I think the bundles maybe limited in time for offer?

It seems that Micro SD Card read/write speeds are limited to only about 30MB/s, like Xperia 5,1,XZ3,XZ2.

Hey thanks for the info, but I was referring to the fact that the european preorders no longer include the headphones. So my decision now is solely with pre-ordering here in america with the earbuds gift. I just need to decide if i am ok with spending nearly $1400 USD after taxes for a new phone. Granted, this phone will also act as my camera in most situations, but $1400 is a lot of money to drop on a phone. I need to think long and hard. I have another 2 weeks to decide before the free gift offer expires...
