I am now concerned about the price.
It packs a lot of high tech.
Does not sound any cheap.
If it matches 20 Ultra price, nobody will pay for.
I hope it is no more than $1050/€1050

i think we can expect a price of $1200 USD because it packs a lot of high tech features, it's SONY, and it's still kind of a niche creator device.
Yea, it's quite expensive but Sony is not looking to compete with the big boys. It's just trying to break even and/or make a little money with mobile. Their reason for not getting rid of mobile in the first place was to give them a way to incorporate their other technology with IoT.
Anyway.. $1200 is a high price, but if bundled with the new M4s ANC headphones, it wouldn't be too bad of a deal.
Definitely not the time in the world to be spending this kind of money on a luxury device. I'm going to have to think long and hard about it but I'm excited to see what will be offered. the fact is i need a new phone, so i'm either gonna hop on the preorder bundle or wait it out to drop a few hundred around since they aren't selling as much as they expected due to covid.

I was wondering why the amp is mentioned twice but it is mentioned on the webpage it is a mono channel amp so sony might be using two of them to create a stereo effect |

So. More battery, Qi coil, bigger camera, this chip (looks like 2 units) inside body thinner and shoter than X1.
Does x1 have more than 70% of used space?

That's what they are for. For headphones they have DSP solutions as well but not sure what Xperia is using. Maybe its some WM stuff or most likely something that's outsourced as usual. |
