This is the only S20 model worth having at this point, the others are “meh” at best. Would not even bother touching the S20+.
The S20 Ultra makes me look forward to the Note20+ later this year, very promising.
Something to take into account is that these devices are still using 7nm chips, but we will be seeing devices on 5nm chips later this year, so I would not jump on these , when a major shift is just around the corner.

@Tsepz,
I would not call going from 7nm+ node to 5nm, a major step.
After all, it's a new generation that also needs to be refined before you really will see the difference.
I have placed an order on this ridiculously expensive behemoth.
The black one should be arriving on 13th of March.
If not Sony are going surprise me with something good, the S20 Ultra will be the phone to use for a good while.

Considering the battery life and Max power draw benefits the 7nm SoCs came with coming from 10nm, I think 5nm will be a great step, more so especially for devices bringing 5G modems to the table.
As it stands the S20’s ranges 5G Modem is not part of the SoC, we will probably see that with the 5nm chips which will run 5G more efficiently as they will be built from the ground up with 5G in mind, this is where Apple will have a major leg up this year as the A14 will be a 5nm SoC with 5G.
I’m hoping Samsung will also bring the Note20 with a 5nm SoC, that will make things very interesting
We will probably also 8K @ 30FPS and 60FPS with 5nm. In the current 7nm+ of the S20’s Ultra it goes up to 8K@24FPS.

Umm... I'm not impressed one bit to be honest
But it would be stupid of me to judge from one photo alone.
If it wasn't because of my OnePlus 7 Pro had been dropped too many times, I probably would stick with it another year.
