Sony doesn’t use the same sensors on its mobile phones as any of their customers (by customers I mean samsung, huawei, xiaomi, etc) but let’s see.

166 = 166mm tall
IIg = two G = 4G and 5G variant
Fds = fromt dual speakers
Cant be sub6, prototype was mmWave.
Imx563 (X5) is also used by sharp r3.

i don't think sony will remove the sd card...
the other things seem plausible though. we have to remember, alvin said these are hints for features that make it BETTER than the S20 (at least in his opinion).
my guesses agree with hawk except for:
S6 = sensors 6 (6 cameras - either total or all in one cluster on the back like the rumored one we saw months ago)
