Older flagships are always better choice than newer midranges. No matter brand.
For those who don't mind updates, even XZs is still great choice.
I did not realize at first, but 1 gray is the nicest.

How can XZ3 score 79 when it does much better than XZ Premium?
They even said the bokeh mode does not come installed...

Dxo gave xa2 75, 79 for xz3 is ridiculous.
Doesn't the auto mode use center weighted metering? That under bridge photo must be taken with touch to focus. Also he zooms in to the very corner of the eiffel photo where distortion and noise is the worst. Man if this score is legit, Sony should take a step back and think hard. |

I don't trust any site. Maybe they don't do extensive reviews of less popular phones. Also why now? Just about to release 1. Still it's no secret they lagged behind in HDR and bokeh but, worse af than xzp? It's weird. |

Backlit scene does not kick in everytime it is required.
Landscape is the most common setting chosen.
They did not used the bokeh.
They said it did not came installed.
But the unit given to tech sites had.
X10 = 65h ( gsmarena)
XA1u with more screen, less battery and worse cpu scored 68

No 1080p UI.

So, will 3300mah able to last a day? I doubt. Yes, OLED is power efficient but they add X1 mobile chip, 4k.
My XZ2P can't last a day if I don't turn on the STAMINA mode |

Are you sure X1 is chip like from tv and not just software?
Because bionz has never been hardware.
Sumaho wrote days ago that someone on comment session of XB claimed to have prototype of 1.
Person said battery life is similar to s10+.
I wish they could make X Reality/super vivid work when stanima is on.
