I got a T68 and wanna know how many txt messages it holds? And if its held in the memory or the SIM card...

it takes 50 overall i think 15 of those are on the sim card, depending on the sim card you might be able to store a few more or less

how can u tell where its stored?? Cos i got 25 txt messages on my phone and 20 look like they are on the phone and then 5 on the sim card.. this dont look right does it??

Storage memory usage is dynamically allocated. If you're messages are being stored in your SIM, it means that your phone's memory is already full - unless you specifically saved the message to the SIM.

As far as I know, T68 stores up to 40 messages in the phone memory, then they are stored on the sim card

I can talk about T65. It can stores up to 40 messages on the phne and then starts using the SIM (which makes SMS access veeeeeeery slow).

In this phone when something is stored in the sim a small icon appears next to the message

Looks like my txts were stored in random order.. .i mean.. when i got a txt msg, it was stored where ever it wanted to!! Most of the time it would be in the phone memory, then on the sim, then on the phone... and so on.

Weird..
