Hello Esato world!
Long time since I scooped by to post here.
As a former devoted Ericsson user iPhone has become my thing.

Enough of that. Over to my query to you lot. Asian and Thais in specific.
Me and my family are going to Thailand on holiday next week. Hua Hin to be exact.
My 16 year old son is allergic to Gluten with is not too common i Asia.
Celiac is another name for it.
Any one here know some one who can give some advice on how to explain to locals there that my son will get very sick if he eats anything with flour in it?

I have tried a huge amount of forums avail so I turn to my old friend here as a last resort.

Hey! Long time no see. I hope you're doing great!

Plenty of restaurants offer gluten free food. I don't know when this became a thing. Before ordering you dishes you can ask the waiter/waitress to get you these kind of food.

My two cents and happy trip!

Hello old pal Tranced!!!!

Thank you for info.

This "thing" has become a problem for the ones who actually struggle with the gallery.
That because of others who look at gluten free diets as healthy.
Gluten is the "binding" part og flour (the soft cover of the seed) and some people has an idea that it is fattening....
The reason most Celiacs are skinny is a total of all the food they can't eat.
In Scandinavia it is quite common whilst in Asia, of what Ive heard, it is a "strange" phenomenon.

Thanks again Tranced!
