Why can't I upload my Huawei P9 photos into gallery? Photos aren't edited. Where is the problem?

Hello, I can not upload the photos of my BQ Aquaris X5 Plus, they are unedited, I try to upload them but when it finishes uploading, it leaves a gray screen, it is very sad, I hope it can be solved soon.
