What?

you mean from your phone's internal memory via USB to a computer?

Hmm.

OTG = On The Go.
You know this term?

I talk about transfer from the phone to the USB Stick mounted to the phone.
It used to be quite seamless, now it's a disaster.

Never used it in that manner. If speeds slowed down perhaps it's due to usb version incompatibility and then it decides to use older, slower protocols.

Mobisystems answered to my mail stating they're aware of the problem,
and working on it.

Yes the icons have an up-to-date material look. Other than that I don't know what's new.

Got all the updates. The new things are small but useful.
Like a little darker backr for SMS.
Or improved multitasking.

On the latest .223 FW I have an annoying problem with Google Maps:
The voice is out of sync with the map. It's terrible.
If's like saying commands few hundreds meters before I get there.

Anyone?
Is it Xperia issue or the Maps itself?

Sounds more like a maps issue than Xperia. As long as your GPS position is correct I'd try updating the app or changing your settings. There is a navigation setting for voice command sensitivity and when it the commands happen. Maybe try look at that?

I am not sure which sensitivity you're talking about?

my fault dom... i thought i remembered a setting where you could tell google to only prompt when it was within 500 feet instead of miles. or something like that.

anyway, i still think the issue you're having is most likely app related. i'd try updating or uninstall-reinstall. sorry for the confusion.

All of the sudden I have battery drain issue.
I hate this. I don't have any strange apps running in the background.
It's random, happens sometimes.
Anybody??

Just for the record, the drain issue is gone - it was probably Google Services in the background.
After killing it for a moment all is back to perfect.
The GoogleMaps issue is reported by multiple users in PlayStore.
