Besides the lack of 4K the camera is better than the Z5 in every aspect I think. Its certainly quicker and personally I think it takes better shots too.

how is the focus tracking? in theverge review, they state it is not that impressive
Sony’s execution doesn’t live up to it. The tracking comes nowhere close to a full-blown Sony camera like the A6300, but even compared to other phones, the Xperia doesn’t stand out as particularly impressive. As for picture quality, it’s fairly strong in good to decent light situations.
I am not surprised it is no where close to a full blown sony camera but I am worried when they state that even compared to other phones it's meh.
Any chance you could post a video of the tracking using another camera filming the screen? |
