Will give Side Sync a go as soon as I can.

Must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the S7 Edge, so much that it makes me sad that I never got to try the Note7 as that was ultimately a further refined S7 Edge, with the most advanced Samsung Edge Design.

I love that I can Condense the UI and make it fit a lot more in the given screen real estate. I booted up my Note 4 the other day an was shocked at how much screen real estate the old TouchWiz wasted, even at the Tiniest font the Note 4 fits less than what the S7 Edge does.

The Samsung Android 7.0 Nougat Beta is out for S7 and S7 Edge, and I am tempted to try it as people are getting even better Battery Life, I'm seeing some getting +11hours Screan On Time.
As can be seen in previous page I'm already getting incredible SOT at +9hours SOT.

This phone is proving to being near perfect for us 'Power Users', makes me glad I avoided the LG V20, as I am not reading great things about its battery.

That Dash charging is great, but he did make a good point on the fact that the S7 Edge has a larger battery and therefore is bound to take a little longer to finish, either way both did very well.

I cannot imagine owning a phone that doesn't have Fast Charging after being spoilt by the Note 4 and now S7 Edge. There are often nights during the weekend where my plans change in a second and I go from having a nice quiet evening in to going out to some club, pub or house party, and so I quickly plug my phone in while I get ready and within 30mins I have more than enough juice in my battery to use my phone for Uber and other things.

I agree and this something where iPhone is behind . With large batteries fast charging should be the norm - even windows mobile has fast charging

A noob question if you dont mind.

Does SAMSUNGs Fast Charge use Qualcomms Quick Charger 2.0? So how does that work for the Exynos variant. I was just about to buy a QC 2.0 charger and was wondering if it will be compatible with my Exynos S7E.

Haha! Never thought of that.

This seems to state that Quick Charge 2.0 chargers work on Samsungs though.

If I was you I wouldn't risk it and would just buy an original Samsung charger . Last thing you want is get something that could mess up the battery

@Tsepz_GP

"Qualcomm has licensed the technology to non-Qualcomm smartphones like the Galaxy S6 (Exynos) and ZenFone 2 (Intel)."

Phew..thats a relief

Hehe..I have been thinking of the same but then I thought since im going to use this just for my wireless charger..it should be fine, right? The wireless pad might konk off but the phone should be fine. Also, I use it only rarely. Anyway haven't decided and Im looking at the AUKEY brand..they seems to be pretty solid.

Um ... ipad charger IS FastCharge 2 using the same cable for iphones ... but you'd not know that until actually using a device/charger.

But iPhone isn't shipped with the required charger, right? So customers have to pay more to use that feature?

So one has to go buy an iPad charger to get some sort of fast charging in an iPhone. Looking at the rates, it the iPad charger seems to charge iPhones at the same rate as my 3yearld Galaxy S4, we are a LONG way from that in the 2015 and 2016 Androids.

I think my S7 Edge charges at S4 rates when I turn off Fast Charging.
