z5 vs 6s+ vs m9 vs 64 vs note 5

http://www.eprice.com.tw/mobile/talk/102/4956763/1/

i'm finding it hard to spot the z5. picture D has the widest field of view but it's not noisy so i am inclined to assume that it's not the z5.

here are the lenses:

z5: 24 mm
note 5: 28 mm
g4: 28 mm
ip6s : 28 mm
m9: 27.8 mm
panasonic tz57: 24 mm

can somebody translate it?
is it supposed to be a blind test or did they say the sequence of the devices?

this part seems to have the sequence:

apparent sequence:
A - the panasonic camera
B - iphone 6s+
C - htc one m9
D - G4
E - Note 5
F - Z5

if this is indeed the sequence, the z5 appears to be performing badly. i can't believe the m9 is outperforming it.
however, the widest field of view appears to be picture E but it doesn't look like the output of the z5.

E seems to be Z5 actually, irc correctly, some comments from the earlier epost says this particular auther is always bias against sony phones. His early hands on impression also came out much worse than every body else for whatever reason...

Result will only be out on 19th. But photo E is likely Z5 to me also from the samples we've seen . But there are also nice pictures posted, hope he's using the non-optimized firmware.

while D is undeniably the king in low light (supposedly G4, yay OIS and 1.8F lens). I don't think Z5 is doing too horrible here. because the rest rely heavily on Gaussian blur filter to clean up the noise and all the micro details are also recreated digitally.

i would be extremely glad if E is Z5.

there are only 2 devices with 24 mm lenses here, E and F. they have the widest FOV. i'm not confident to think of the worse photo between the two as the one from the panasonic dedicated camera although it appears to be the case considering how its images are smaller (panasonic is 16mp vs 23mp in z5).

I'm blown by the details in those shots.
.... but then when I pixel peep it, I can still tell it's from the Xperia Z5 and it's probably not as impressive as it may seem when displaying in 100% size.

review by The Verge

http://www.theverge.com/2015/[....]eria-z5-review-compact-android

all praises for the camera.
full size samples:

https://www.flickr.com/photos/vladsavov/sets/72157659861564436/

it would really be impressive if the bus here is moving:
https://c2.staticflickr.com/6/5666/22194696166_c92857ba65_o.jpg

just imagine how it thrashes the long exposures of OIS-toting smartphone cameras.

i am inclined to believe that not all z5s in the market are the same. some are better than the others. it could be a lens issue or others have not been updated yet. the samples from the verge are really impressive. the noise is unlike what we've seen anywhere. dxomark must have tested a unit similar to what the verge has obtained.

so is z5 able to crack 60k+ Antutu benchmark yet? I know long term usage with minial throttling is more important but I am also concern about futureproofing. Also how fast is the storage, irc Z3 had the fastest when it was release.

"The big reason for why you’d want to be an Xperia Z5 owner is the camera. I’m not going to waste time with any preamble: this is easily Sony’s best mobile camera and absolutely one of the best on any smartphone. The new camera has surprised me in different ways: from its ability to focus in low light, to its image stabilization ensuring steady shots, to the quality and detail of its final output..." - The Verge.

Wow, it seems the camera is really good.
