coincidently i saw some info in the net about it, its pretty dam slick only thing p800 has over it is a touch screen and video stream but besides that both phone are the hottness.
although i have a t68i, i still believe that nokia is one of the better phone lines, until SE cameout with the color screen series and bluetooth.
I i were to get a new phone it would probly be:
SEp800
nokia 7250
or the nokia 8910i
nokia and se will do a lot of competing in the next few years

You wont be able to watch a 65mmx42mm video of your favorite band on any Nokia i know of.
When you get the 7250 can you let us know what the web browser is like on it.
Tell us how to set up email.
How to activate Bluetooth.
Where does the memory card go in, i can`t see the slot.
How do you sett up voice dialing.
Can`t wait to change all the alerts to my favorite mp3/WAV files. |

Uhm... first of all, this thing has a puny screen. It's just a regular 7210 with a camera. No big deal. And it has less than 1MB of memory!!! Even the T68i has more memory than that! Doesn't even have Bluetooth.
This thing can't even come close to the T68i...all the more, the P800! The things it has over the T68i is a better screen, polyphonic rings and a builtin cam (but the MCA-20 takes better photos). The memory is around 700kb!!! The T68i has 1MB.
I'd say this thing is at par with the T300, except it has a better screen. (The T300 has better games though) |

I belive Nokia no longer incorporate newer phones w/ built-in BT coz they cant perfect it.

Nokia don`t like bluetooth simply because they have to licence it from the patent holders (Ericsson & IBM).

From what I know, Ericsson invented Bluetooth but offers the license for free. And IBM, Nokia, etc..etc.. joined the BT SIG from the very beginning. And I think Ericsson is still the main supplier of BT modules, though they're not the only ones. This means that the main BT radio chipset in most BT devices out on the market now are also from Ericsson...but there are others who also make their own... this is why I think Nokia cannot perfect BT, they develop their own radio modules. |

sorry to say but you really can't compare those two....two very distinct leagues...I think what could influence your choice is price, availability right now, and the extra features the P800 has (whether you want them or not). I would stay away fromt he 7250, as its camera is pure crap. Even the HS-1C takes better pictures, granted you can attach it to the pop port on the 7250, but then why pay extra to have a camera on the phone and not get a 7210 for cheaper? |

@brook
Wrong comparison. The closest nokia wud be the 3650 in terms of features, memory expandability, display. However,id still opt for the p800.AND with the SE Z1010,present and forthcoming nokia models(6650 and 6200 dont even stand a chance and come close.
Yes you were right when u said that nokias r the better phones UNTIL you got your SE T68i.

No, the 7250 has more than 5 MB memory free to the user. |
